Stretching Achilles tendon is a basic exercise of the spiral stabilization method. Execution: stretching. Equipment: mat. It targets calves.

Starting position: Stand facing a wall with the front of your feet on a mat. Your hands are leaning against the wall at shoulder level.

Breathing in, raise both heels; breathing out, put the heel of the other leg down. As you put the heel down, you stretch the calf and the Achilles tendon.
