Stretching legs
Stretching legs is one of the basic spiral stabilization exercises. Execution: stretching. Equipment: mat. It targets thighs.
Starting position: Kneel on a mat on one knee, the kneeling leg is resting on the toes and the other leg is stretched out to the side. This leg is straight at the knee, resting on the entire foot.
By moving your body backward, you stretch the inner thighs. Keep your lower back, chest and head slush.
