Stretching both thighs
Stretching both thighs is a basic exercise of the spiral stabilization method. Execution: stretching. Equipment: mat, chair. It targets thighs.
Starting position: Kneel on a mat on both knees, holding the edge of a chair in front of you with both hands. Your legs are pelvic-width apart with the lower legs parallel.
Breathing out, firm your belly and buttocks so you tuck the pelvis. This way, you stretch the front of both thighs.
