Starting position: Kneel on a mat on both knees leaning on your hands placed on the mat. The fingers are outstretched and pointing to the knees with the thumbs pointing to the sides.

By sitting on your heels and swinging back and forth, you stretch your inner forearms. Keep your palms flat on the floor.
