Stretching forearms muscles is one of the basic spiral stabilization exercises. Execution: stretching. Equipment: mat. It targets forearm.
Starting position: Sit on a mat on your heels leaning on the backs of your arms placed on the mat. The fingers are outstretched; the hands are pointing fingers at each other.
Swing your body from side to side. This way, you stretch the muscles on the outside of your forearms.
