Start back kneeling is an exercise from the sport series of the spiral stabilization method. Execution: strenght. Equipment: rope, mat.

Starting position: Kneel on a mat on one knee with your back facing the rope handle. The other leg is bent at the knee and resting on the foot in front of the mat.

Breathing out, move the exercising arm forward and bend it at the elbow. Move the shoulder blade forward along the chest.
