Karate sideways straight leg is an exercise from the sport series of the spiral stabilization method. Execution: strenght. Equipment: rope.

Starting position: Stand on your rear leg with the hip facing the rope handle. The other leg closer to the rope is one step in front of your body, straightened at the knee, with the tiptoe touching the ground.

Keeping your belly firm, shift weight onto your front leg and firm it all up, including the buttock. Move your arm with the rope in front of your body, bend it at the elbow into a right angle and turn the palm to the opposite leg.

The full procedure, a video with voice guidance and what to watch out for are in the Spiralista app.
