Soldier back straight leg
Soldier back straight leg is an exercise from the sport series of the spiral stabilization method. Execution: strenght. Equipment: rope.
Starting position: Stand on one leg with your back facing the rope handle. The other leg is one step in front of the body, straightened at the knee, with the tip touching the ground.
Keeping your belly firm, shift weight onto your front leg and firm it all up, including the buttock. Move your arm that pulls the rope to the front of your body and upward.
