Starting position: Stand on one leg facing the rope handle. The other leg is one step in front of the body, straightened at the knee, with the tip touching the ground.
Keeping your belly firm, shift weight onto your front leg and firm it all up, including the buttock. At the same time, turn your hands with palms up and spread them out to the sides.
