Back heron straight leg
Back heron straight leg is an exercise from the sport series of the spiral stabilization method. Execution: strenght. Equipment: rope.
Starting position: Stand on one leg with your back facing the rope handle. The other leg is one step in front of the body, straightened at the knee, with the heel completely unloaded.
Keeping your belly firm, shift weight onto your front leg and firm it all up, including the buttock. Spread your arms out to the sides with palms up and pull your elbows to your hips.
