Starting position: Stand on one leg facing the rope handle. The other leg is one step in front of the body, straightened at the knee, with the heel completely unloaded.

Keeping your belly firm, shift weight onto your front leg and firm it all up, including the buttock. Open your arms out to the sides with palms up and pull your elbows to your hips.
