Circles back shifting weight belongs to the advanced spiral stabilization exercises. Execution: shifting weight. Equipment: rope.

Starting position: Stand with your back facing the rope handle, the feet are parallel. Firm your belly and one leg including the buttock – this will be your standing leg.

Extend the back of your head upward, keeping the blades down. Begin rolling the spine vertebra by vertebra by tilting your head down and pulling your chin as close as possible to the pit above the breastbone.
