Back Samba standing
Back Samba standing is a more advanced exercise of the spiral stabilization method. Execution: legs. Equipment: rope, poles, mat.
Starting position: Stand on one leg with your back facing the rope. The other leg is on a mat one step in front of your body, bent at the knee.
Breathing out, move your rear leg one step forward in front of the mat. Stepping over the tiptoe, shift weight onto this leg.
