Thigh Muscle front standing
Thigh Muscle front standing is an advanced spiral stabilization exercise; it assumes you have the basic series covered. Execution: legs. Equipment: rope, poles.
Starting position: Stand on one leg with your back facing the rope handle. The other leg is bent at the knee with the heel pulled to the buttock.
Stretch the bent leg in front of the body, keeping the knee straight and the instep stretched. Don't raise the hip.
The full procedure, a video with voice guidance and what to watch out for are in the Spiralista app.
