Spider sideways standing

  • Level Advanced
  • Position sideways
  • Execution Legs
  • Equipment rope, poles
  • Repetitions 10×

Spider sideways standing is a more advanced exercise of the spiral stabilization method. Execution: legs. Equipment: rope, poles.

Starting position: Stand on your front leg with the hip facing the rope handle. Your rear exercising leg is stretched obliquely in front of the body and crosses the standing leg.

Bend your rear leg at the knee and raise it so that your knee and hip joint form a right angle at the end of the movement. The knee points forward, the tiptoe to the ground.

The full procedure, a video with voice guidance and what to watch out for are in the Spiralista app.
