Back Flamingo standing
Back Flamingo standing is a more advanced exercise of the spiral stabilization method. Execution: legs. Equipment: rope, poles. It targets thighs.
Starting position: Stand on one leg with your back facing the rope handle. Your other leg is one step in front of the body, bent at the knee and resting on the tip-toe.
Keep the standing leg and belly firm. Breathing in, raise the bent leg and move it behind the body.
