Reeds with knee back kneeling
Reeds with knee back kneeling is a more advanced exercise of the spiral stabilization method. It is performed kneeling. Equipment: rope, mat. It targets hip, thighs.
Starting position: Kneel on a mat with your back facing the rope handle. Your knees are pelvis-width apart, one of them is placed 5-15 cm in front.
Breathing in, straighten up. Keep your pelvis and lower spine aligned.
